About the Barber

I received my training at Old Town Barber College in Wichita, Kansas and am a licensed barber with the state of Kansas. I have been barbering here in Manhattan since 2002.  I opened Kevin’s in July of 2007.

Continuing education is important to me and most recently i completed the American Crew Advanced Education Hands on Cutting Class.  The class focused specifically on cutting and styling for male clientele.

I believe a great haircut begins with listening to the client to determine what he wants; then treating each customer as an individual and giving him outstanding service.

During the course of your haircut you might experience me using a variety tools to give you the look you desire. To achieve your style I might use the clippers, the shears, or even a razor. I don’t offer a “one method fits all” haircut. Each cut is as individual as you are.

I am determined to deliver to you salon style service at a barbershop value. You deserve a barbershop experience that goes the extra mile without wrecking your budget. So I’ll take the time to do the little things that matter, like free neck shaves between haircuts.
